Kailee Thibodeaux

Kailee Thibodeaux is an Administrative Assistant III in the Department of Anesthesiology at Tulane University School of Medicine. Originally from Raceland, Louisiana, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Kailee is passionate about health care administration and hopes to build a long-term career at the intersection of higher education and health care. She is particularly interested in improving access to high-quality care for underserved communities throughout New Orleans. As a member of the Tulane community, she looks forward to supporting the Department of Anesthesiology while contributing to the university’s broader commitment to serving the community. She is excited to continue developing professionally, expand her experience in academic medicine, and play a role in the work Tulane has planned for the future.

Outside of work, Kailee enjoys spending time with her son and her two dogs. She is also an avid fish keeper and maintains three freshwater aquariums. Since joining the Tulane community, she has enjoyed embracing everything New Orleans has to offer, particularly its food and one-of-a-kind Mardi Gras traditions. One of her goals for the upcoming Carnival season is to finally catch her first coveted Muses shoe!
