Stevie Schlessel, LCSW

Ms. Schlessel is a licensed clinical social worker who joined the Tulane University Behavioral Health Clinic-Metairie (TUBHC-M) in 2023. Ms. Schlessel specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and addiction. Ms. Schlessel is Level 1 trauma certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and uses Parts Work, Attachment Theory, psychoeducation, and the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship to help guide her clients through their therapeutic journey.

Ms. Schlessel received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Social Work degrees from Tulane University. Before joining TUBHC-M, Ms. Schlessel worked at Grace House, River Oaks Hospital, Homer Plessey Community Schools, and Family Service of Greater New Orleans.
