Hometown: My hometown is Huntsville, AL (Rocket City)

Undergrad: University of Alabama in Huntsville, then I got my MS in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public Health, as well as a graduate certification in Global Health

Hobbies: I like to do things outdoors, such as hiking/walking along nature trails with my two dogs, or reading a nice book in my hammock outside.

Favorite Hangout Spot: The couch

Favorite Southern Food: Baked mac n’ cheese

Research Interest: I have an interest in airborne pathogens and lung infections, including SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, as well as emerging pathogens.
