Timothy Rugile, MD, MPH

Dr. Timothy “Tip” Rugile is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician. He provides full-spectrum primary care and treats acute and chronic conditions.

Dr. Rugile is originally from Long Island, NY. He earned his medical degree and Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Medicine and Tulane University School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine. Dr. Rugile completed his residency in Rural Family Medicine with LSU Shreveport.

In his free time, Dr. Rugile enjoys all things bicycle related. He especially enjoys casually exploring New Orleans and all its unique places from the bike saddle with his family.

Dr. Rugile looks forward to his new responsibilities at Tulane, including working with patients of all ages and educating future doctors.
