Why Tulane Med Peds?
I really enjoyed all of the people I met on my interview day/visit: it felt like home! Icing on the cake was that the program had everything I wanted including much opportunity for mentorship, community service, and working with the diverse New Orleans patient population.
What do you like to do outside of medicine?
Working out (LOVE my Peloton, also running sometimes), eating desserts, outdoor adventures with friends
What are you most excited about for residency?
As a med-peds resident, I’m most excited to continue treating NOLA’s adults and kids, specifically assisting with policies and programs to improve health in Black and Hispanic communities
