Biography

Chloé D. Villavaso is a board-certified adult health clinical nurse specialist. Chloé is an advanced practice registered nurse whose clinical practice focuses on preventive cardiology and eliminating healthcare disparities. Chloé earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tuskegee University and a Master of Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Chloé has over 20 years of cardiovascular nursing experience. She is certified in cardiac-vascular nursing, cardiac medicine nursing, and is a certified health coach. Chloé serves on the board of directors of the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association (PCNA) and serves as the vice president of the PCNA Crescent City Chapter. She is a member of the Association of Black Cardiologists, American Heart Association, American Society for Preventive Cardiology, National Society of Health Coaches, and an associate member of the American College of Cardiology. Chloé has received numerous honors and recognitions including being awarded the distinction of PCNA Fellow, induction in the Epsilon Nu chapter of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, and the Louisiana Great 100 Nurses Award.
