Biography

Dr. Khan completed his neurosurgery residency at the Sher-I Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences in India. Following his residency, he completed a two-year fellowship in Pediatric Neurosurgery at Northwestern Chicago and then did a one-year Onco-neurosurgery fellowship at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. This was followed by a two-year fellowship in Endovascular/Cerebrovascular also at the UVA.

Later, Dr. Khan joined Batra Hospital, a multispecialty hospital in Delhi at the Medical Research Center as a Consultant of Neurointerventional Surgery and visiting consultant with IBS Hospital.

Dr. Khan completed a complex spine fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine, where he is currently working as an Instructor of Neurological Surgery.

His areas of interest are minimally invasive and spine "complex" spine, pituitary, and general surgery, including endovascular and endoscopic neurosurgery.
