Biography
Taylor, a graduate of the Tulane University Pathologists’ Assistant program, is a board certified pathologists’ assistant. While a student at Tulane, she completed the teaching practicum where she found her enthusiasm for combining education, pathology and advocating for the pathologists’ assistant profession. She has given lectures about pathology ranging from high school students to residents. In her previous role, Taylor gained experience with grossing complex surgical resection specimens, teaching in the clinical setting and intraoperative renal adequacy assessments. Taylor decided to return to Tulane to be able to teach in the didactic setting in addition to the clinical setting.
