Medical Resident
Biography
Annette Hebert, originally from Slidell, LA, attended Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center - School of Medicine in New Orleans. Throughout her medical education, she has developed strong interests in dermatopathology, medical microbiology, laboratory management, and graduate medical education. In her personal time, Annette enjoys running, gardening, spending time with her two cats, Gracie and Ashley, and caring for her saltwater fish. Her favorite restaurant in the New Orleans area is Shogun (located in Metairie).
Annette chose Tulane for her residency because of the exceptional Program Director and Program Coordinator, the friendly, supportive, and funny co-residents, and a residency program that is open to new ideas and positive change. She chose New Orleans because her support system is here, and she loves the city’s beauty, characterized by shady and massive live oak trees, French architecture, huge parks, and the historic streetcar.
