Sarah Lewis, DO

Sarah Lewis, originally from Atlanta, GA, attended and completed her medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine - Georgia Campus, where she developed an interest in forensics. In her free time, she enjoys participating in the Krewe of Muses and glittering shoes, playing Pokémon GO, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dogs. Her favorite restaurant in New Orleans is Liuzza’s by the Track, although she finds it hard to choose just one.

Sarah chose Tulane for her residency after falling in love with the program during an elective. She appreciates the knowledgeable and friendly faculty, as well as the supportive and collaborative environment among the residents. Additionally, New Orleans is the perfect place for Sarah, as her partner is also doing her residency training here, and her partner’s family and their dogs are also nearby. The city's great food, constant festivals, and Mardi Gras celebrations make it an irresistible place to live and work.
