About: Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Sherry is excited to call New Orleans her new home. Outside of work, Sherry enjoys playing classical music and free improvisation as a pianist. She loves cooking and exploring farmers’ markets with her partner.

Why I like Tulane/New Orleans: Sherry loves Med-Psych for its vast versatility across any healthcare setting and patient population, and for its everyday devotion to combining the science and art of clinical care. She is continually inspired by her Tulane family: people from all over the country eager to become the best physicians possible while also living their lives to the fullest.

Professional Interests: Sherry's professional interests include cultural psychiatry, quality improvement, medical education, and integrated primary care.
