Surgical/Research Interests: So far, I like anything gut-related! And also interested in burn surgery and community general surgery as well. With my experiences in physical therapy and working with opioid use disorder patients in med school, I'm interested in perioperative pain management and post-op recovery research.

Well-Being Interests: I am a musician (sing, write, and play piano/guitar/ukulele), love to cook, and do paint-by-numbers in my free time. Other well-being activities include face-timing my 2-year-old nephew and finding my go-to local coffeeshops.

My Favorite Place/Thing in New Orleans: Jazz Fest!! I also can't wait to explore the many more music events and crawfish season.
