Biography

Dr. Phillips is passionate about increasing access to care. She primarily works at the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority (SCLHSA) Behavioral Health Center in Lafourche Parish, where she provides in person medication management for children and adults, in both English and Spanish. Dr. Phillips is interested in developmental psychopathology, particularly in the context of maltreatment, as well as behavioral strategies for families with young children. She also hopes to increase the practice of community- and strength-based approaches for those with more serious conduct problems.
