Why Tulane Hem/Onc: I chose Tulane Hem-Onc because of the opportunities and training this program would offer me. On my interview day, the staff and fellows I met with were incredibly welcoming and candid about what this program could offer for my future career. Regardless of what area of specialization, or if I chose general practice, Tulane would prepare me well for it. It also provided ample opportunities for research which was important to me. Coupled with living in one of the most exciting cities in the U.S., Tulane was a perfect fit.
