Konrad Bach, MD

Biography
Konrad Bach earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, following his undergraduate studies in Japanese Language and Literature and Chemistry at Duke University. Konrad has career interests and experience in clinical research, particularly in the field of neurosurgery. Prior to his residency in pathology, he worked at USF Department of Neurosurgery and Brain Repair, where he also directed the Osman Microsurgical Cadaver Lab.
In addition to his impressive academic and professional background, Konrad has a profound interest in languages and cultures. He is fluent in several languages including English, French, German, Japanese, Polish, and Spanish. His volunteer work includes leadership roles in the Hispanic American Medical Student Association, reflecting his commitment to community health and education. In his free time, Konrad enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, sailing, and gardening. He chose Tulane for his residency because of its well-rounded community and because there is never a dull moment in New Orleans.
