Denise Pineda Fortin, MD

Dr. Denise Pineda Fortin is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Throughout medical school and residency, Dr. Pineda Fortin received numerous honors, including the Gold Humanism in Medicine Award, Gynecologic Surgical Excellence Award, John B. Franklin Award, Richard C. Gozon Compassion in Medicine Award, and the Chairman's Award.

Dr. Pineda Fortin is a compassionate, attentive, and bilingual physician who is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is excited to provide general preventative healthcare for women, family planning and contraception, menopause management, and the evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.
