Kamal Baral, a 5th-year PhD student in the Laboratory of Dr. Bilon Khambu, was awarded the LCRC Travel Award to present his research at The Annual Liver Meeting 2025 in Washington, D.C., held November 7–11. His work was selected for an oral presentation: “Transcriptional Regulation of the Hepatic Acetylome by Nrf2 in Autophagy-Impaired Liver” (Recipient of the LCRC Travel Award), and his poster presentation, “Autophagy Zonation and its role in Liver Metabolism.”
