Favorite New Orleans activity: Fortunately, there are so many activities in NOLA to choose from, all year round.  Unfortunately, that makes it hard to pick a favorite.  Aside from Mardi Gras, there's something to be said about the fall festival season here.  We have food and music festivals every weekend for months.  Plus, there are LSU, Saints and Pelicans games to attend, the weather is crisp and the vibe is just right.
