Biography
Dr. Nicholas Tolat was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended undergraduate at Rice University before going to Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Houston Law Center to complete his MD/JD degree program. Upon graduation from law school, he took and passed the Texas Bar Exam. After finishing medical school, he moved with his wife to New Orleans in 2019 to complete his internal medicine residency at Tulane. His clinical interests include quality improvement, medical ethics, health disparities, and hospital policy. In his free time, he loves traveling with his wife, hanging out with their two dogs, and playing sports.
