Marie Alexander, MS, MSPAS, PA-C

Marie was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. She graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg with her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She continued her education with a Master of Science in Biology from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then pursued her degree in healthcare with a Master of Science of Physician Assistant Studies from UAB, specializing in surgery. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is licensed through the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. Her primary practice is located at East Jefferson General Hospital with Tulane Neurosurgery.
