Dwana Smothers, BS

Dwana Smothers was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a huge Saints fan and absolutely loves Mardi Gras season. Dwana received her bachelor’s degree from Nicholls State University, majoring in Health Science. Dwana has been working for Tulane for 4 years in the clinic setting before transitioning to the School of Medicine. Her passion is to help others and always finds a way. Whenever Dwana is not working, she is finding new attractions to visit with her son. She loves dancing her heart away with family and friends all around the beautiful city she gets to call home.
