Dr. Brian Eisner

Biography

Dr. Brian Eisner is Professor and Chair of Urology at Tulane University School of Medicine and is a nationally recognized expert in endourology and kidney stone disease. He earned his medical degree with research honors from the University of Michigan and completed his urology residency at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, followed by a fellowship in endourology and stone disease at the University of California, San Francisco.

Dr. Eisner is known for his innovative approaches to patient care, his dedication to advancing surgical techniques, and his commitment to medical education and mentorship. Widely sought after as a speaker, he has delivered more than 170 invited lectures and presentations worldwide and has received numerous awards for teaching and research. Prior to joining Tulane, he served as Director of the Kidney Stone Program at Massachusetts General Hospital and led the Division of Urology at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
