Jessica Bordes, MD

Dr. Jessica Bordes has joined Tulane’s Section of General Internal Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Hospitalist. A New Orleans native and graduate of Mount Carmel Academy, Dr. Bordes earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Orleans and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU School of Nursing. She worked as a critical care registered nurse for five years before attending LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. She remained at LSU for her Internal Medicine residency, where she also served an additional year as Chief Resident. Her clinical interests include point-of-care ultrasound and the social determinants of health.
