Research Interests: My research focuses on imputing high-resolution HLA molecular typing from intermediate-level data and modeling the deceased donor organ allocation system to evaluate the utility of the imputed typing. I also aim to develop HLA molecular match-likelihood metrics for transplant candidates to estimate the probability of identifying a compatible donor within the donor pool based on each candidate’s high-resolution HLA profile
