Biography
Dr. Anne Carrere is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine. She is a proud New Orleans native. She received a Bachelor of Art in Art History from University of Virginia. Dr. Carrere attended Tulane School of Medicine and completed her residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. She maintains an outpatient community private practice where she provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for the Tulane community and helps patients manage their chronic medical conditions and preventative healthcare needs.
Dr. Carrere’s clinical interests are in transitions of care for patient’s discharging from the hospital. She is also interested in resident and physician wellness and preventing physician burnout.
