Biography

Dr. Kareem Elzamly earned his medical degree from Ain Shams University in Cairo. He completed a Neurology Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Following this, he completed a two-year fellowship in Neurocritical Care at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology. 

Dr. Elzamly’s interests include the medical management of subarachnoid and subdural hemorrhages, airway management of patients with critical neurological injuries, and improving medical education of residents and medical students.
