Biography
Dr. Aimee Aysenne is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Neurocritical Care, with a distinguished career dedicated to the care of critically ill neurological patients. She serves as the Vice Chair of Clinical Neuroscience, Medical Director of Teleneurology Services and Director of the Neurocritical Care Fellowship Program, where she combines clinical excellence with a passion for education and innovation in care delivery.
Dr. Aysenne earned her Doctor of Medicine and completed her residency training in Neurology and Internal Medicine at Tulane University, where she developed a strong foundation in neurological care and academic medicine. She then completed a fellowship in Neurocritical Care at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Her training reflects a deep commitment to interdisciplinary care, academic excellence, and innovation in healthcare delivery.
