Biography
Dr. Kalyvas received a Doctor of Medicine from Columbia University in New York, New York. He completed a Neurological Surgery Residency at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Additionally, Dr. Kalyvas completed several Fellowships in Surgical Neuro-endocrinology, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, DBS/Functional Neurosurgery and Complex Spine and Spinal Deformity at the Barrow Neurological Institute. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
