Mia Ramirez, MD

Dr. Ramirez is originally from Wylie, Texas. She attended the University of Texas and earned a degree in Neuroscience. After her undergraduate studies, she attended McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas. 

Dr. Ramirez’s interests outside of work include spending time outdoors, going to parks and farmers markets, and running! She also enjoys crocheting and watching comedy TV shows with her partner. 

Why Tulane? I picked Tulane because of the variety of patient acuity seen in New Orleans and the program's emphasis on continuity of care.
