Biography
Dr. Hannah Groves joined the Section of General Internal Medicine as a Clinical Instructor of Medicine in 2025. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Doctor of Medicine from the University of New Mexico through the Combined BA/MD Program. She then completed her residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Tulane University, where she served as Chief Resident and graduated with distinction in primary care in both fields.
Dr. Groves practices as a primary care internist and pediatrician at UMCNO, where she provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages and supervises learners. She is passionate about delivering individualized, patient-centered care and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health through education and collaborative care planning. She is committed to providing inclusive and affirming care for diverse communities from all backgrounds. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and their families, while helping to navigate their health journeys.
