Research/Academic Interests: Generating human and monkey MAbs that: 1) recognize HIV-1, HIV-2, and SIV envelope glycoproteins, and 2) target envelope glycoproteins of dengue and lassa fever viruses. Molecular cloning of immunoglobulin variable region genes, production of recombinant human MAbs, development of pseudovirus reporter assays, expression of a variety of fusion proteins, and site-directed mutagenesis.
