Biography

Dr. Kasia Plessy has research and clinical interests in addressing discrepancies in child mental health treatment utilization, particularly among underserved and racially diverse communities. She has received training in evidence-based therapy, psychological diagnostic evaluations, and consultation for children and adolescents. As part of the TIKES program, Dr. Plessy provides mental health consultation and educational training to caregivers in early childhood education settings. She is also a reflective supervisor for other mental health professionals and educators.
