Biography
Dr. Slipman is a board-certified family medicine physician and faculty liaison to Tulane's rural family medicine preceptors. He provides comprehensive family medicine for adults and children at Tulane Lakeside Multispecialty Clinic, with special interests in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and men's health.
Dr. Slipman received his undergraduate degrees in Biology and French from Washington University in St. Louis. He received his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Honor Society. He completed his residency in family medicine at East Jefferson General Hospital and joined the faculty at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is also active in the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
