Stephen Ostertag, associate professor of sociology in the School of Liberal Arts, and Loren Gragert, assistant professor of biomedical informatics and genomics in the School of Medicine, were among the faculty members who attended the most recent CancerConnect event on Tulane's uptown campus.

J. Quincy Brown is the inaugural Mark and Diana Tipton Endowed Professor at Tulane University School of Science and Engineering and a member of the Tulane Cancer Center’s Translational Oncology Research Program.

Inspired by her mother Wendy Jeshion's journey through cancer treatment, Tulane student Isabella Spar donated a symbolic bell to East Jefferson General Hospital Cancer Center through her family's nonprofit Project Bell.
